What Youll Do
Youll support the standardization of design within TTECs Learning Solutions practice. You'll collaborate with the client project managers to assign necessary resources for the analysis, timeline, and ramp plan for a client. You'll collaborate with clients regarding training and knowledge base resources and processes and will serve as liaison with Learning Solutions team, ensuring communication related to project milestones, soliciting contribution from matrix resources, and collaborating with other groups/resources as needed to build effective learning solutions for our clients.

You'll report to Director of Learning & Development. Youll embrace our integrated set of Learning Innovation capabilities and provide standardization of design for the delivery of transformative learning solutions to our clients.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Lead the design and delivery of sales enablement programs that strengthen product knowledge, sales methodologies, systems proficiency, and professional skills.
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Trainers and Quality Analysts, ensuring alignment between training, quality, and business performance.
  • Oversee the development and governance of sales enablement content, training materials, playbooks, and performance support resources.
  • Establish quality frameworks, evaluation standards, and feedback processes that drive performance improvement and consistency.
  • Analyze sales, quality, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities and implement targeted enablement strategies.
  • Partner with Operations leaders and client stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance support, and continuous development programs that accelerate productivity and sales effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelors degree in Learning & Development/Talent Development/Instructional Design/Cognitive Science/Teaching/(Cognitive) Psychology/Computer Science/IT or a related field; Certification in User Experience (Design) and/or User Interface and/or graphic design and/or virtual/digital learning and digital media or equivalent technical and practical experience

  • 2+years experience in people management working with large teams

  • Experience in facilitating focus groups, usability sessions, and subject matter expert interviews

  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with task management/productivity software (such as Monday, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
