This position oversees warehouse functions supporting the organization's generation facilities, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant management of materials, equipment and inventory across generation operations.

Supervises the daily activities of business support, technician and/or production teams. Sets priorities to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors, and makes decisions guided by established policies, procedures and the local business plan. Receives guidance and oversight from management and typically does not perform the work being supervised.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse, Materials Management and Administrative Leadership
- Supervises bargaining unit employees across multiple warehouse locations responsible for:
- Issuing, receiving and returning materials and parts
- Inventory stocking and replenishment
- Cycle counting and inventory accuracy
- Obsolete material removal
- Inventory management system transactions
- Oversees warehouse operations supporting generation facilities, ensuring material availability for maintenance, operations and capital projects.
- Supervises teams responsible for:
- Capital equipment lifecycle management
- Asset record creation and maintenance
- Asset disposition tracking
- Tool and material refurbishment
- Provides strategic direction to exempt employees, monitors progress and adjusts priorities as needed.
