JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating with various departments, use of forklift equipment, and accurate record keeping.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management:
  • Complete daily inventory activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts utilizing WMS.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments.
  • Operate various forklift equipment.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and improve accuracy.

Warehouse Operations:
  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
  • Restack and move product throughout warehouse utilizing forklift equipment.
  • Operate forklift equipment and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Facilitate rework, repack, QA, and all other inventory projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Forklift Experience: Experienced in safely operating forklift equipment and other material handling devices in a warehouse setting.
  • Warehouse Systems: Proficient in using basic warehouse management systems for tracking, counting, and moving inventory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control (IC) work required.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
