What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a talented Manager of Renewal Sales to lead our corporate renewal sales team and drive customer retention and revenue growth. The Manager of Renewal SaaS Sales will oversee and lead a team of renewal account executives to ensure high customer retention rates, identify growth opportunities, and optimize renewal processes. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and maximizing net revenue retention.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, assist in hiring and develop a team of renewal sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on customer success and achieving retention metrics.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention, minimize churn, and increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Establish and refine processes for renewal tracking, outreach, and negotiation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customer success, account management, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer contracts and proactively manage the renewal process to ensure timely renewals.
  • Analyse customer data to identify at‑risk accounts and create actionable plans to address churn risks.
  • Drive discussions around value realization and ROI to secure renewals and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including renewal rates, churn rates, and net revenue retention.
  • Analyse trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Present renewal forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or renewal sales, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell/cross-sell targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and renewal management tools (e.g., Gainsight, Zendesk).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) on a 70/30 Split. Actual compensation offer may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
