Responsibilities
  • The Manager, Clinical Education leads system-wide clinical education for inpatient and outpatient departments and nursing support staff across the Health Care system.
  • This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice.
  • The manager ensures consistent application of competency assessment, instructional design, and staff development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment throughout the health system.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional RN Experience
  • Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas (license unencumbered)
  • Bachelor of Science In Nursing
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 2 Years of demonstrated progressive leadership
  • Master of Science in Nursing /Doctorate in Nursing Practice
  • Kansas State RN Compact License
  • Nursing Specialty Certification (if not currently hold one, must obtain certification within 24 months of hire
