This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to help shape the future of both our skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services programs while making a lasting impact on our patients, families, and employees.

You'll work closely with our Director of Healthcare Services to lead day-to-day clinical operations, support our amazing field staff, and ensure every patient receives the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

What You'll Do As our Manager of Clinical Services, you'll be the day-to-day leader of our clinical team by:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting nurses, therapists, aides, and caregivers.

• Creating a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel valued and supported.

• Overseeing daily operations for both skilled Home Health and Personal Care & Support Services.

• Ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality, person-centered care.

• Monitoring clinical documentation, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

• Conducting chart audits and coaching staff to promote excellence.

• Partnering with scheduling and operations to ensure efficient staffing and patient coverage.

• Supporting new employee orientation, education, and ongoing clinical development.

• Helping solve challenges before they become problems while always keeping patients and employees at the center of every decision.

• Collaborating with physicians, referral partners, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide seamless care.
