Job SummaryThe position is responsible for managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of Payment Integrity Operations. This position is responsible for delivering business value through the use of enterprise information, gathered via internal systems and from key internal partners, which also includes the design, development, deployment, maintenance, enhancement and support for structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, analyzing, and reporting strategic and tactical enterprise refund & recovery management information and operational / production data.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 6 years related business and management experience or its equivalent.
  • Technical knowledge of group products and claims operations.
  • Ability to analyze contract language and processes and procedures.
  • Effective verbal, written and leadership skills.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
