Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager of Risk Operations to support Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety organization. This role supports the execution of operational initiatives that strengthen driver safety, ensure fairness, and protect platform integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Execute risk mitigation initiatives aligned to the program strategy.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support risk assessments through data collection, analysis, and documentation of claims, incidents, and litigation trends.
  • Monitor and respond to risk-related controls and alerts across last‑mile delivery operations and external partners.
  • Track program progress, maintain reporting artifacts, and provide updates to leadership.
  • Manage the execution of legal and regulatory inquiries to ensure timely and accurate production of incident case records.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management, operations, claims management or program management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute against defined priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional or matrixed organizations.
  • Exposure to legal discovery processes, claims operations, or litigation support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience using data and tracking tools to support program execution and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supervising associates.
  • Master’s degree in Economics.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
