East End Disability Associates Inc. is a mission-driving nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). EEDA is looking for a skilled full time Assistant Manager to join our team and help coordinator, schedule, and support EEDA's Residential program.
Schedule: full time, flexibility required based on program needs. weekend, evenings, and day hours.
Rate: $23/hr

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of the people supported
2. Implementation of Program Habilitation Plans
3. Assist in planning of activities
4. Assist the peole supported when needed including areas of self care, independent living and community integration.
5. Transportation/Driving Vans
6. Attend all mandatory training sessions including Orientation, Defensive Driving, First Aid, CPR and Residence specific trainings.
7. Obtain SCIP and AMAP Certification
8. Complete all necessary documentation in Precisioncare including: Outcomes Data Collection, Activities Record and Progress Notes on a daily basis; Assessments; Medication Records (if AMAP); Incident Reports, Seizure Reports and Behavioral Records when needed; and necessary correspondence with other Programs
9. Correspond as needed with other Program Staff, Family members, Consultant Staff e.g. Behavior Specialist, Nurse, Nutritionist etc.
10. Any additional responsibilities for the successful operation of the program.
Requirements
High school diploma required. Some college credits are preferred. Valid New York State Driver's License required for all shifts.
