Job description

About The Role:

As the Manager of Partnerships at Feastables, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day execution of our growing portfolio of consumer goods partnerships. You'll be responsible for keeping partnership initiatives on track, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring our partners have an exceptional experience working with Feastables.

This role blends relationship management, operational excellence, and project execution. You'll work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to bring partnership initiatives to life while identifying opportunities to improve how we work and scale our partnership ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with consumer goods partners across multiple partnership programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of partnership initiatives, product launches, and commercial activations
  • Track partnership performance against business objectives, contractual commitments, and key milestones
  • Prepare partnership scorecards, reporting, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews to provide visibility into performance and opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches and partnership initiatives from kickoff through launch
  • Manage recurring operating cadences, action plans, timelines, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify execution risks, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement while driving timely resolution
  • Support onboarding of new partners and help establish effective ways of working across teams
  • Maintain partnership documentation, processes, governance materials, and operating procedures
  • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, and execution quality
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful delivery of partnership initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer brands, and partnership opportunities that could strengthen the Feastables ecosystem

Recipe for Success:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, licensing, business operations, consumer goods, or related commercial roles
  • Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and deliver projects on time in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity while maintaining a high standard of execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights
  • Consumer packaged goods, licensing, retail partnership, or brand collaboration experience is a plus
  • Experience working at a high-growth consumer brand or startup is preferred
  • Interest in creator-led brands, modern consumer products, and building meaningful strategic partnerships
