Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120-bed facility will feature evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
We are looking for looking for a Manager of Outpatient Services to join our team.
The Manager of Outpatient Services is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient
therapy services. In addition to providing quality patient care, the Manger oversees all activities
involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans,
coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, working with business
development to market the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials
develop new business, and to provide leadership and quality patient care.

Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited university in the field of social work, counseling,
psychology, or another mental health related field.
Experience: Five (5) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
Licensure: Current LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies'
regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws regulating
mental health care facilities. CPR and CPI training certification must be completed before
providing direct care services.
