Job description

DPI Security (a division of The DPI Group and DePaul Industries), has a current opening for an innovative and driven Manager of Business Development for our Portland Metro Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your three or more years’ high-volume Security Industry sales experience (including outside sales) to an established, dynamic, and growing organization.  
 
Through development of new client relationships as well as growth of established clients, this position identifies opportunities for staffing client sites with our State Certified Security Officers.

Salary: : $70,000 - $140,000 (inclusive of commission of up to 100% of base salary) annually plus full benefits package (medical, dental, 401k, etc.)
 
Essential Functions include:
  • Develop and lead strategic client relationships to drive security staffing growth
  • Convert qualified leads into service contracts through consultative sales leadership
  • Expand revenue through new business development and growth of existing accounts
  • Represent and communicate the company’s brand and value with professionalism
  • Track performance metrics, maintain CRM accuracy, and manage priorities to meet goals
  • Provide field leadership through client visits, issue resolution, and payment follow-up
 
Key Workforce Competencies include:
  • 3+ years Security Industry sales experience
  • 2–4-year degree or equivalent preferred
  • Professional leadership presence with sound judgment and accountability
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and client influence skills
  • Clear, respectful, and transparent communication across diverse teams
  • Strategic thinking, innovation, and detail-oriented problem solving
