About the role: Location: Jensen Beach FL 34957: No Per Diem
We're looking for a Project Manager - Nuclear on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will manage the completion of projects that support nuclear goals. Employees in this role will lead and support projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget.
This position is located at the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Florida. You have demonstrated the ability to manage and a lead a project from conception to close out and align with best industry performance. You will have an understanding in the organizations (such as PGD, Wind) to bring independent main perspectives to the nuclear organization. You will report to the onsite Manager.
Location: Jensen Beach FL 34957 (No Per Diem available)
1-year contract assignment.(W-2)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date
  • Create plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and report to communicate project deliverables and status of completion
  • Coordinate engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals
  • Lead and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance
  • Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks

Qualifications:
Must have experience in P-6, NEO and excel skills.
You will be require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.
The specific projects are:
• 1 for Integrated reactor head Replacement
• 1 for the Turbine Gantry Crane full replacements - Both units will be replaced stating with U-1, they will be working both just at different stages in the process
• 1 for Condenser replacements - replacing both will work both just at different stages
- This position we are looking to see who is available with condenser replacement experience.
