Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse at TrustCare, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role blends clinical expertise, patient education, and teamwork to support providers and ensure a positive experience for every patient.

The Clinical Nurse position is designed to encompass a broad range of nursing and clinical support functions, making it ideal for adaptable, patient-focused professionals who thrive in collaborative settings.


What You'll Do

  • Greet patients warmly and collect accurate health histories, vitals, and other relevant clinical information.
  • Support providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments to ensure smooth clinical flow.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately under provider orders, with thorough documentation.
  • Perform in-house clinical and laboratory testing in compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and infection control standards.
  • Collect, label, process, and document patient specimens with precision and care.
  • Conduct occupational health services such as drug screens, DOT and non-DOT physicals, respirator fit testing, spirometry, audiograms, and other screenings (training provided as needed).
  • Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms; ensure medical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
  • Assist with referrals, pre-certifications, and prior authorizations to support continuity of care.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Promote a culture of safety by following established protocols and helping reduce clinical risk.
  • Collaborate with teammates across roles and step in to support clinic operations as needed.
