AG Globe Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Hartford, Connecticut.

Travel Registered Nurse ED | $2592 (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week
Job Details:

Schedule: 7:00 AMโ€“7:30 PM | Day Shift
Contract Duration: 18 weeks
Dates: September 21, 2026 โ€“ January 24, 2027
On-Call: Yes
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly 
Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate. 


Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing skills and prior experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities
โœ“ Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
โœ“ Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
โœ“ Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
โœ“ Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered.
โœ“ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
โœ“ Provide patient and family education and support.
โœ“ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
โœ“ Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
โœ“ Respond effectively to emergency and trauma situations.
Qualifications
โœ“ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or eligible compact license.
โœ“ Emergency Room/ED experience required.
โœ“ Level I or Level II Trauma experience required.
โœ“ BLS certification required.
โœ“ ACLS certification required.
โœ“ ENPC or PALS certification required.
โœ“ TNCC certification required.
โœ“ Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and emergency response skills.
โœ“ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
