Job Summary
Based in Nashville, TN
Drive financial excellence behind unforgettable fan experiences. As Controller, you will oversee the venue's accounting and financial reporting functions, ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial insights that support operational decision-making. You will partner with venue leadership to maintain strong internal controls and support the continued success of the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Experience supervising accounting staff preferred

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
