○ Serve as the ultimate escalation point, providing expert trouble resolution for critical, high-priority core network issues. Ensure after hours support coverage to sustain network service levels which include complex technical changes to support projects and or operations deployments (24/7)

○ Proactively identify essential network maintenance tasks and build the structured processes needed to implement them flawlessly.

○ Evaluate, manage, and evolve our core network monitoring and diagnostic tools, ensuring our NOC has the deep visibility and mature workflows required to proactively support our global network.
