Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead a at a . This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care and service delivery across the care continuum. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to align department operations with organizational goals and nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the NICU, ensuring consistent delivery of safe, patient-centered care
  • Manage staff scheduling, development, performance, and adherence to nursing best practices
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate services and improve outcomes
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives aligned with hospital and nursing objectives
  • Maintain compliance with CCS and Magnet designation standards
  • Drive operational efficiency and support growth initiatives within the NICU

Qualifications Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of NICU clinical nursing experience – Required
  • Minimum 3 years in NICU management, leadership, or supervisory roles – Required

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing – Required
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • BSN and national health/nursing administration certification or MSN – Required for CCS-certified facilities

Licenses/Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in California – Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required
