We are a stable, profitable, and growth-oriented firm entering our next phase of operational expansion. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager to oversee firm operations, intake systems, workflow management, and administrative coordination.

Position Overview

The Legal Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day firm operations and ensuring efficient case workflow across a multi-attorney environment. This role is ideal for an experienced law firm operations professional who understands intake systems, case management platforms, billing processes, and team coordination.

This position reports directly to firm leadership and plays a key role in operational structure and efficiency.
