Job description

We are looking for DSP engineers responsible to work on DSP algorithm design and implementation on heterogeneous platforms, including CPU, GPU and FPGA.

Responsibilities: 

  • Architect solutions for digital signal processing applications, implementing DSP algorithms, design and maintain codes running on FPGA and other heterogeneous platforms, test, debug and refine solutions

Requirements: 

  • Background in digital signal processing (DSP)
  • Experience with real-time systems design on FPGA, CPU and GPU based platforms
  • Working experience related to DSP applications such as video and audio processing, modem design and software defined radio (SDR)
  • Work experience related to machine learning (ML) inference model design and implementation
  • Knowledge of video/audio/RF signal processing and satellite signal communications
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VHDL, Python, Matlab, C, C++, and Cuda
  • Proficiency in linux operating system

Qualifications: 

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English

Location:  Markham, Ontario 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours.
Vacancy: This is an existing position. 
Salary Range: $80,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD, based on experience.
