Understanding of SMT manufacturing process.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing engineering design methodologies, standards, and best practices.Experience driving design automation and design productivity improvements.Working knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Ishikawa, IS/IS NOT, root-cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
