We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Recovery Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized recovery plans that promote mental health and behavioral stability
  • Provide crisis management and intervention support during urgent situations, ensuring client safety and stabilization
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes and reinforce recovery goals
  • Offer mentorship and behavioral health counseling to foster resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, addiction counselors, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care

Experience

  • Proven experience in crisis intervention and crisis management within behavioral health or social services settings
