Holy Cross Health, a member of Trinity Health, is hiring a Nurse Manager - Mother Baby to provide operational, clinical, and people leadership for our Mother Baby (PostPartum/Couplet Care) unit.

Reporting to the Director of Mother Baby, this role is accountable for quality outcomes, patient experience, colleague engagement, compliance, and stewardship of resources while advancing Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations, staffing, and performance of the Mother Baby unit

  • Ensure safe, highquality couplet care and excellent patient experience

  • Drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain nursing colleagues

  • Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to achieve service goals

  • Manage productivity, budgets, and resource utilization

What You'll Need

Required

  • BSN required (Master's degree preferred)

  • 5+ years acute care RN experience

  • 2+ years nurse leadership/supervisory experience

  • Active RN license (MD or Compact)

  • BLS certification

  • Specialty/role certification within 6 months of hire

Pay rate: $41.46 - $64.31

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
