Job description

ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) Analyst – System Implementations & Testing Focus About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Project Coordinator / ORT Analyst to support Operational Readiness Testing for a large-scale, cross-functional program. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates effectively across business and technical teams, and can translate complex information into concise, leadership-ready materials.

You will play a pivotal part in ensuring new systems and processes are fully tested and ready for launch. Working onsite at the Miami office, you will partner with multiple workstreams to drive planning, execution, and reporting, helping leadership make informed decisions through clear data and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams to ensure seamless operational readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop clear, concise, executive-ready presentations to support leadership updates and decision-making.
  • Define and document entry and exit criteria for each ORT phase and milestone.
  • Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria, proactively flagging risks.
  • Consolidate inputs from various teams and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Utilize JIRA and Qmetry to manage testing activities, track defects, and maintain project visibility.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operational readiness, or system implementation support.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-ready presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for task and defect management.
  • Familiarity with defining entry/exit criteria and managing milestone-based deliverables.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Skills
