Job description

Geneva Technologies Inc. (GTI) is seeking senior electrical engineers to become an integral part of our small aerospace engineering product team! This broad based, hands-on, position requires intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle ill-defined problems with solid engineering practices.


Qualifications:

An ideal candidate will work independently to research, design, develop, deploy and support RF, hardware, embedded software and FPGA based products on ground and space based platforms.

This candidate will support the execution of projects such as:

  • Circuit board design, assembly, integration, and test, including RF / microwave circuits
  • Embedded Firmware development, ARM based, RTOS & Linux, C, C++
  • FPGA development, simulation, synthesis, test, implementation and debugging
  • Box level testing, verification and validation for ground and flight products
  • Ground testing, verification, and validation of flight products
  • Analysis of data products from on-orbit and ground based tests


Engineers who can communicate and serve as effective team contributors and with a desire to work, learn, and teach in a smaller corporate environment are encouraged to apply.


Education/Experience:

  • BSEE, BSCS, BSCE or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience


Qualifications:

  • C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Verilog, VHDL
  • Altium Designer, Vivado, Libero
  • Circuit board and/or system integration and test experience
  • Configuration management SVN, Git, Perforce
  • Data analysis and scripting skills, Matlab and/or Python programming
  • Some travel required, less than 5%
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • US Citizen is required
