Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing collaboration platform migrations, digital workplace transformation, stakeholder communications, and change management within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Zoom to Microsoft Teams migration with minimal business disruption.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business, IT, infrastructure, security, and end-user support teams.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and provide project status updates to leadership.
  • Manage project risks, issues, escalations, dependencies, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate change management, user communications, training, adoption, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Track migration progress, readiness, and adoption metrics.
  • Ensure migration activities comply with enterprise security, compliance, and collaboration standards.
  • Manage vendor and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure delivery remains aligned with scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
Required Skills
  • Strong Project Management experience in enterprise technology or digital workplace initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Unified Communications, or collaboration platform migrations.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale technology migrations.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance experience.
