Job description

As Strategy and execution manager, you will help accelerate the Digital Analytics agenda by turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes via clear operating plans, decision-ready forums, and focused execution across the organization. You will create impact by strengthening leadership alignment, improving decision speed, driving disciplined follow-through on key priorities, and ensuring progress is visible through OKRs and business reviews. Reporting to the Head of Digital Analytics, you will partner closely with leaders across Digital Product, Technology, Data and Analytics. At the center of a complex, matrixed environment, you will connect teams, surface risks and trade-offs, translate feedback into action, and build the routines, materials, and engagement mechanisms that help the organization move with focus, accountability, and momentum.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trustedadvisorto theHead of Digital Analyticsandleadership team:synthesizeinputs, framedecisions and trade-offs, flag risks early, and exercisesound judgment on matters requiring discretion.
  • Establishoperating cadencefor the organization:Design andfacilitatestaff meetings, leadership routines, strategic deep dives, monthly business reviews, and high-profile org-wide events. Ensure every forum has a clear purpose, aligned agenda, pre-read materials, named owners, timelines, and documented follow-through.
  • Drive strategic execution:Partnerwithleadership team to translate strategic prioritiesinto prioritized plans with clear outcomes, owners, dependencies,and milestones.Manage OKRs, scorecards, and KPItracking tosurface blockers, resource trade-offs, and decision points in real time.
  • Executive communications & progress visibility:Draft executive-ready updates, talking points,business reviews,and leadershippresentationsthat frame business progress, risks, opportunities, andrecommendations concisely for senior audiences, ensuring stakeholders and leadership have a clear, current line of sight into what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs a decision.
  • Culture, recognition & engagement:Drive recognition, leadership visibility, and engagementthrough repeatable mechanisms that reinforce business priorities,celebrateoutcomes, andstrengthenoperating behaviors.
  • Governance, Risk & Controls: Develop understanding of risk & controls policies; coordinategovernance, risk, controls, remediation, audit/regulatory readiness, and related documentation in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Controls, and Internal Audit.
Requiredqualifications,capabilitiesand Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, chief of staff, or business management roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive synthesis, decision framing, and leadership-ready materials.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical problem solving;demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into operating plans with clear outcomes, owners, and milestones.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including aligning priorities across multiple teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with autonomy and discipline in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • ExperienceleveragingAI-powered tools (e.g., copilots, generative AI, workflow automation) to accelerate day-to-day work, with enough fluency in AI and analytics concepts to engage credibly with technical teams.
  • High discretion and sound judgment with confidential and sensitive matters.
Preferred qualifications, capabilitiesand Skills
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
  • Experience in financial services or large-scale analytics organizations.
  • Comfort working alongside analytics teams and interpreting data-driven outputs (e.g., dashboards, model results, test readouts)
  • Experience withagile delivery practicesand portfoliomanagement tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) to track book of work delivery.
  • Familiarity with budget planning, headcount tracking, and resource allocation processes.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and controls frameworks.
