What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of store locations, ensuring the corporate image is upheld.
  • Rotate and update displays, signage, and promotional materials to align with seasonal changes or inventory.
  • Manage store inventory systems, ensuring proper stock levels and product organization.
  • Assemble eye-catching displays using a variety of materials and tools.
  • Address inventory discrepancies and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
  • Assist in inventory audits and warranty/returns processes.

  

What you need:

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous merchandising experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work on ladders when needed.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a 3-year clean driving record.
  • Willingness to drive company vehicle between locations within the south Texas market.
