  • The Spa Manageris responsible formanaging the daily operations of the hotel spa and fitness environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through effective leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards.

  • This role involves managing staff, overseeing spa services and fitness,maintaininginventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

  • Lead and develop the spa team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and ongoing training while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience by ensuring service excellence, treatment consistency, guest satisfaction, and effective service recovery.

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure seamless execution, facility presentation, treatment room readiness, safety, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
