Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager (Non-Clinical)
Arizona Air National Guard - Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Mission-Focused Role

Join a dedicated team supporting the Arizona Air National Guard and play a vital role in ensuring service members are medically ready to deploy. This is a non-clinical RN opportunity focused on coordination, case management, and operational readiness-not bedside care.
Compensation
Base Rate: $35.52/hour
Health & Welfare (H&W): $5.09/hour
Total Compensation: Approximately $40.61/hour
Position Overview
As an RN Case Manager, you will support Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) by coordinating and managing medical cases for service members. This role is critical to maintaining deployability and ensuring timely access to care.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track medical readiness cases for assigned personnel
• Identify and resolve deployment-limiting medical conditions
• Coordinate care across multiple systems, including:
- Military Treatment Facilities
- VA healthcare systems
- Civilian providers
• Maintain accurate documentation in DoD systems (MEDPROS, MODS, eCase, etc.)
• Support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and Periodic Health Assessments (PHA)
• Assist with MEB, PEB, and IDES processes (fitness-for-duty and disability evaluations)
• Provide readiness updates and contribute to command-level reporting

Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
