As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, support our providers and staff, and help drive continued practice growth. This role also offers future opportunities for regional leadership.

Position Summary

The Multi-Site Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple medical aesthetics clinics. This position ensures efficient workflows, outstanding patient experiences, strong team performance, and achievement of business goals.

The ideal candidate has experience managing a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology office, or cosmetic medical practice and is passionate about leadership, operations, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
  • Lead, coach, and support front desk and clinical support teams.
  • Partner with providers to maximize schedule efficiency and patient flow.
  • Drive revenue growth through memberships, treatment plans, retail sales, and patient retention initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, service utilization, retail performance, and productivity.
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing initiatives, business development, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery office, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser services, skincare, and wellness offerings.
  • Proven success in leading teams and driving practice growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale (POS) platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
