Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive online sales strategies.
  • Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life
  • Understand and showcase vehicle features and benefits during online interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest online marketing techniques.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Internet Sales Director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Follow up on all Internet Leads

Qualifications:

  • Must have automotive experience with Eleads CRM and CDK DMS
  • Available to work evenings & weekends
  • Drive for financial rewards
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Able to obtain sales license
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test (including cannabis)
  • Clean driving record
