Starting Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Lead Skilled Crews. Build Quality Projects.

We're looking for an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead masonry crews on commercial and residential construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, coordinate crew activities, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and lead masonry crews on active construction projects.
  • Lay out CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) walls, columns, and other masonry structures according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure all masonry work is completed accurately and in compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Conduct accurate layout measurements and verify project dimensions before installation.
  • Utilize tablets for daily reporting, documentation, and email communication.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members to improve performance and craftsmanship.

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in masonry construction with leadership or foreman experience.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
