Team members work closely with general contractors, owners, and design professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely. Role Description The Commercial Masonry Estimator/Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for preparing detailed estimates and bids for commercial masonry projects, including reviewing drawings and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, and obtaining pricing from suppliers. The position oversees projects from award through completion, including scheduling, coordinating field crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and managing project budgets and change orders. The Estimator/Project Manager collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to address design details, resolve issues, and maintain project quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include site visits, progress documentation, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong masonry knowledge, including experience with commercial masonry systems and industry standards.
  • Hands-on understanding of masonry work and related materials used in commercial construction.
  • Experience with brickwork, including layout, detailing, and coordination with other trades.
  • Background in renovation projects, with the ability to assess existing conditions and plan repairs or upgrades.
  • Knowledge of stonework, including selection, installation methods, and integration with other building components.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software, digital takeoff tools, and basic office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, email).
