  • Conduct performance evaluations, recommend compensation actions, and administer corrective action when necessary.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to support production goals and improve equipment performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Typically 8-12 years of maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Previous experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Plastics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Direct blow molding maintenance and leadership experience strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Experience managing maintenance planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, and computer-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes, blow molding equipment, auxiliary systems, material handling systems, and related production technologies preferred.
