  • Lead Quality Operations - Oversee incoming, in-process, outgoing, and laboratory quality systems to ensure product conformity, process control, material release, final disposition, and traceability across Huntsville and Canadian operations.
  • Drive Customer Quality & Risk Management - Manage customer complaints, field quality issues, root cause investigations (8D/A3/FRPS), CAPA effectiveness, MRB activities, containment actions, and customer communications to prevent recurrence.
  • Own Quality Systems & Compliance - Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, support IMS integration (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and lead audits, regulatory inspections, certifications, and management reviews.
  • Lead Change Management & Continuous Improvement - Govern product, process, supplier, equipment, specification, and regulatory changes while driving Lean, Six Sigma, and quality excellence initiatives to improve FTR, COPQ, process capability, and operational performance.
  • Develop People, Analytics & Quality Culture - Lead the site quality team, establish KPIs and quality reporting, provide floor-level leadership through daily management and Gemba activities, and foster a culture of prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
