As the Senior Manager/Manager, Concierge Analytics, you will combine your deep understanding of our landscape, with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Concierge Analytics you will:

  • Partner business leaders to define KPIs, shape data roadmaps, and translate complex business requirements into scalable data product specifications

  • Lead the complete data product lifecycle - from discovery and data ingestion architecture to data modeling, front-end delivery, and ongoing maintenance & enhancements

  • Design and deploy dashboards, reporting frameworks and data models that empower self-service insights

  • Define KPI's and reporting strategies to enable effective decision-making

  • Effectively communicate complex technical solutions and insights to senior leadership

  • Direct and mentor a high-performing team, providing technical leadership, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Concierge Analytics has:

  • Proven skills, certifications,educationand/or experience in:

  • Leading the full Data Product Lifecycle

  • SQL, and either Python or R

  • Modern data warehouses, with a preference for BigQuery

  • Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, enhance insights and improve effectiveness

  • Bridging business strategy and technical execution

  • Coaching and developing data professionals

  • Contact center experience is considered an asset

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this levelis$100,000-$300,000/year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
