Jiffy Lube is a leading provider of automotive preventive maintenance with over 2,000 service centers nationwide. We are looking for a talented Automotive Assistant Store Manager/Manager in Training to join our team and contribute to our customer-driven focus on building strong relationships.
 
Physical Qualifications:
·       Must be able to safely operate shop equipment
·       Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
·       Must be physically agile, flexible, and able to work on your feet for extended periods
 
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to…:
·       Provide exceptional customer service to all Jiffy Lube guests
·       Build trust and rapport with customers through clear communication
·       Lead teammates through coaching, training, and support
·       Assist with performing Jiffy Lube Signature Service and routine maintenance
·       Manage store inventory, workflow, and daily operations
 
Qualifications:
·       Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube environment
·       Leadership experience or interest in developing into a leadership role is preferred
