Job description

Lifecycle & CRM Manager

The Lifecycle & CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of WeatherTech's CRM marketing programs, including email marketing, automated customer journeys, audience segmentation, and retention initiatives.


This is a hands-on management role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing lifecycle strategy, building audiences, creating customer journeys, and launching campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is an onsite position in our Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.

As a Lifecycle & CRM Manager, you will

Campaign Execution

  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate promotional communications.
  • Monitor deliverability, performance, and campaign quality

CRM Operations

  • Own CRM marketing operations, including audience segmentation, customer journeys, and marketing automation
  • Partner with development agency, eCommerce, IT, and Marketing to improve customer data and targeting
  • Ensure data quality and operational excellence across B2C and B2B marketing initiatives

Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on customer behavior and business results
  • Lead testing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion, and retention

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Brand, Customer Service, and IT to deliver integrated customer experiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing experience
  • Experience developing customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
