L&M Corrugated is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations while remaining actively involved on the production floor. What You'll Do
As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead by example—working closely with your team to support equipment reliability, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Responsibilities include:
  • Leading all maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
  • Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and standards
  • Providing hands-on support with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities
  • Working alongside maintenance technicians to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
  • Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Reducing unplanned downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Improving reliability metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Managing maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and spare parts inventory
  • Developing, coaching, and training maintenance technicians
  • Promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department
  • Managing maintenance budgets, contractors, and vendor relationships
  • Partnering with Production, Quality, Design, and Safety teams to support operational goals
  • Maintaining accurate CMMS records and equipment history

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Proven success improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance metrics
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and work order management
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability and willingness to remain actively involved in day-to-day maintenance operations
  • Corrugated manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
