Clinic LPN - Primary Care
Join our dedicated team as a passionate LPN in an urgent care setting within a leading health system in South Carolina. In this role, you'll provide essential direct patient care and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs accurately
  • Ensure patient comfort and hygiene by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
  • Support nursing and medical staff with essential medical tasks, including medication administration
  • Clearly communicate treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families, assessing their well-being and reporting any concerns to the medical team
Requirements:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing Degree
  • LPN Licensure for the State
  • National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)
  • BLS & ACLS
