Primary Care LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
MLR is collaborating with a well-established healthcare system in South Carolina to hire a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent role in a primary care setting. A $7,500 relocation assistance package is available!
Position Overview:
  • Full-time, permanent position within a trusted healthcare system.
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a primary care setting, working alongside physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Assist in routine exams, patient assessments, and minor medical procedures.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness practices.
Primary Care LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Active South Carolina LPN license.
