Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN - FT
$7,500 Relocation Assistance
MLR (MLee Recruiting) is seeking a dedicated full-time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join a vibrant team at a beautiful coastal clinic near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!
Salary Range: $49,920 - $70,720 annually
Key Duties:
Patient Care: Assess patients' health, monitor vital signs, and address any questions or concerns.
Medication Delivery: Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, watching for any potential side effects or adverse reactions.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Collaborative Patient Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
Wound Management: Perform dressing changes, wound cleaning, and other essential care to support healing.
Education for Patients & Families: Clearly explain treatment plans and procedures, ensuring patients and families understand.
Medical Equipment Use: Operate and maintain medical devices, ensuring they function properly throughout patient care.
Record-Keeping: Accurately document patient information, procedures, and updates.
