Job description

LoanIQ – Project Manager / Delivery Manager CHARLOTTE, NC/ Roanoke, VA/ Irving, TX Duration: 12 months + Contract PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects. DUTIES • Facilitate project meetings • Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations • Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations • Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions • Liaison with leadership as needed TOP SKILLS • 5+ years of project or product delivery • Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint • Experience working in Agile environment
