The Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to support data-backed decision-making across paid media campaigns, product funnels, partnerships, and user acquisition initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, generating insights, and optimizing channels to improve conversion and ROI. This role is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and proactive-who enjoys testing, learning, and refining strategies based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor the performance of paid marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Out-of-Home, Email).
  • Analyze audience behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budgeting strategies.

Reporting & Insights
  • Build dashboards and regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and cross-functional teams.
