Job description

Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Rochester Inpatient Program.

The schedule will be the evening shift.

Pay Rate: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive of $3,000 or $8,000 depending on licensure.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees program, counseling staff, and the participants' needs and progress.
  • Represents the agency to the community.
  • Conducts program administrative review and clinical review.   
  • Assures continuing process improvement and staff development.
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives.   
  • Assures program record documentation compliance with agency and regulatory standards.   
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes and principles of counseling.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting. 
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, master's degree strongly preferred. 
  • Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) or Credential (CASAC).
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required.
