Description
We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information in the MLS database, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property photos, installing signs, hosting open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinate all listing paperwork.
• Order/take all property photos and install company signs.
• Type, print, and mail seller correspondence.
• Process listings.
• Complete listing checklist.
• Review all listing contracts and attachments.
• Enter properties into multiple MLS systems and maintain status and accuracy.
• Order signs, lockboxes, sign riders, and directional arrows for placement on properties.
• Maintain communication log in database for all sellers.
• Contact sellers weekly.
• Assist listing partner in all marketing functions.
• Enter property information on external websites.
Qualifications
• Must have excellent computer skills and Microsoft program knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
