Role Description

The Listing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Tallahassee, Florida. This role plays a key part in supporting the listing process from start to finish and requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of new and active property listings, gathering property information, scheduling photography and staging, preparing listing documentation, and entering information into MLS and internal systems. The Listing Coordinator will also assist with creating and managing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates to promote both listings and the Hill Spooner & Elliott brand.


Additional day-to-day responsibilities include supporting agents with listing updates, managing important timelines and deadlines, organizing open houses and client events, maintaining brand consistency across marketing channels, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.


As this is a collaborative, in-office position with a strong focus on local market knowledge and team support, candidates should be established in or planning to make Tallahassee their long-term home.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and writing skills, including professional email correspondence, client-facing communication, and marketing copy creation.
  • Demonstrated sales support experience, including assisting sales teams, understanding listing cycles, and contributing to lead generation and follow-up efforts.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience coordinating timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and seeing tasks through completion.
  • Proficiency with common office and marketing platforms, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, social media platforms, and design tools such as Canva or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, on-site environment and interacting professionally with agents, clients, and vendors.
  • Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate workflows is a plus.
