Lightedge

Saint Louis, MO

Full-time

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. Using a combination of shared and private/dedicated platforms, LightEdge has been successful in offering businesses alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability and reduce costs.
If you are passionate about creating real solutions that help businesses with cutting-edge technology, want to be challenged to think out of the box and be in a position where you can impact change on a daily basis, then LightEdge can offer you a dynamic corporate environment built on teamwork and personal responsibility.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for the execution and day-to-day operations that keep Lightedge's sales enablement programs running efficiently. Working under the direction of the Sales Enablement Manager, this role ensures onboarding programs, training content, SharePoint resources, learning systems, and internal communications are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building operational excellence, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining systems that directly support sales productivity. Rather than designing enablement programs, the coordinator ensures those programs are executed consistently and reliably across all sales organizations.

Responsibilities:
Content & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain and organize enablement content within SharePoint, including onboarding guides, playbooks, training materials, and reference documentation.
  • Update existing materials as directed by the Sales Enablement Manager to reflect product, process, or methodology changes.
  • Maintain document organization, version control, folder structure, and content accessibility.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated materials and recommend updates.
  • Format and publish finalized enablement content for internal distribution.
Onboarding Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, training sessions, certifications, role plays, and milestone check-ins.
  • Track 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding milestones and ensure timely reminders are sent.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers, completion records, and learning documentation.
  • Prepare materials and logistics for instructor-led onboarding sessions.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and escalate scheduling or completion issues to the Sales Enablement Manager.
Learning Management System Administration
  • Manage learner enrollments, course assignments, and completion tracking.
  • Generate recurring LMS reports on participation and completion.
  • Support certification logistics, including scheduling and registration.
  • Troubleshoot basic user access issues and coordinate more complex platform issues with Sales Operations.
Internal Communications
  • Draft internal communications using manager-provided direction and messaging.
  • Coordinate distribution lists for sales communications.
  • Support enablement program launches through meeting coordination, calendar management, and communication scheduling.
  • Maintain documentation of enablement communications and rollout history.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and enablement records.
  • Monitor operational processes for quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, HR, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth program execution.
Education and Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or a related coordination role.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and operational workstreams simultaneously.
    • Strong SharePoint administration and document management experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
    • Ability to work independently while operating within established processes and priorities.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
    • Experience supporting sales organizations within SaaS, cloud, managed services, or technology companies.
    • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Spekit, Sybill, Momentum, or similar tools.
