This role advances workforce capability, ensures training compliance, and drives standardization across manufacturing sites. Qualifications / Requirements Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, HR, or similar) 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development and experience leading L&D strategy and execution in a manufacturing or regulated environment Direct people management experience of at least 2 years Demonstrated ability to build or scale programs/functions in a developing or changing environment Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction and deliver outcomes Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workforce capability development, training systems, and quality/compliance standards Demonstrated ability to implement advanced L&D tools, including digital content creation and e-learning platforms.

Skills:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Experience in MedTech, robotics, electronics, or complex assembly environments Certifications such as Six Sigma, CPTD/ATD, PMP, or equivalent.
